Is anything quite as sweet as a cup of cold lemonade on a hot day? This Keto Lemonade recipe is even sweeter because it’s made no added sugar. Taste and adjust as you go until you get just the right tart-to-sweet ratio. This lemonade is great on its own, but we’ve also included two delicious riffs: Basil Lemonade and Smashed Raspberry. Yum. Make sure to let the lemonade sit in the fridge while the flavors marinate together before serving.

Start to Finish: 5 minutes

Ingredients:1 cup organic lemon juice (about 8-9 lemons) 6-8 cups filtered waterKeto-friendly sweetener to taste, such as stevia, xylitol or MitoSweetOptional add-ins: Handful of chopped fresh basil leaves or organic raspberriesInstructions:Bring 1/2 cup water and granulated sweetener to a boil in a small pot. Stir occasionally until sweetener dissolves.Remove from pot heat and let cool. Add mixture to a pitcher with the remaining water and lemon juice. Taste and add more sweetener or lemon juice as desired, stirring to combine ingredients.Optional: Add chopped basil leaves or smashed raspberries to pitcher and stir to combine.Refrigerate until ready to serve. Pour lemonade over ice and enjoy!
