What better way to celebrate Valentine’s Day than with some Keto-friendly valentines!

I put together a handful of different designs that can easily be printed out or shared across social media.

While you’re at it, try some of these awesome, low carb desserts that would be perfect for Valentine’s Day:

Printable Keto Valentines

For a full sheet of all valentines, you can just click and print copies of the document below! This print-out features 12 valentines with 4 different designs.

You can also save and print the other graphics, if you’d like all of one type or a custom mix.

Avocado Valentine

This Keto valentine features a cute little avocado with the saying, “let’s avocuddle!”

The avocado is a visual often depicted in the Keto lifestyle for a multitude of reasons. Primarily, they are known for their awesome fat and electrolyte content.

Bacon Valentine

Bacon is another food that is highly represented in the Keto community. While demonized on most other eating plans, bacon fits perfectly into a low carb, high fat lifestyle.

This valentine features the saying, “don’t go bacon my heart!”

To download for social media: just tap and hold your finger on the image and select Save Image.

Cheese Valentine

This one is my personal favorite! Being able to enjoy cheese and lose weight has been a serious game changer for me. I’ve always said that I had a “cheese tooth” instead of a “sweet tooth.”

The caption on this one reads, “you make me melt!”

To download for social media: just tap and hold your finger on the image and select Save Image.

Egg Valentine

Finally, the last valentine is dedicated to another low carb staple — the incredible egg!

The caption reads, “we’re eggcelent together!”
