For those moments when you want coffee and dessert, this Coffee Panna Cotta hits all the right notes. It gives you all the goodness of Bulletproof Coffee, but has the benefit of being chilled, smooth and deliciously creamy—just how a gorgeous panna cotta should be. For this recipe, use any of the Bulletproof Cold Brew Latte flavors, though I’m partial to Dark Chocolate. For even more deliciousness, add ingredients like cinnamon or vanilla to your Coffee Panna Cotta.

Coffee Panna Cotta

Start to Finish: 2 hours 15 minutes

Ingredients:1 can of Bulletproof Dark Chocolate Cold Brew Latte1 3/4 tsp. grass-fed gelatin1 Tbsp. filtered waterOptional: Sweetener, cinnamon or vanilla to tasteOptional toppings: Chopped or shaved dark chocolate, whipped coconut cream or toasted coconutInstructions:In a small saucepan, add the gelatin and water and stir to combine. Set this aside for a minute or two to allow it to “bloom” and thicken.When the gelatin has bloomed, add in 1/4 cup of Dark Chocolate Cold Brew Latte and heat on low until the gelatin has completely dissolved.Now add the remaining Cold Brew Latte and stir to combine. Remove the pan from heat.Pour the mixture into two small glass jars, then place them in the fridge to set, which should take about 1 to 2 hours.When they’re ready, serve and enjoy.
